Bamboo School

These last eight days I have been in Bong Ti, Kanchanaburi, Thailand at a school called Bamboo School. Numerous times, two other times, I have visited here and am always learning new things from these children. A number of things happened that demonstrate that this girl has a lot to learn still.

Medically, Momo took some villagers who ate some posionous mushrooms and a man with blood problems in his privy parts to the hospital in Sai Yok. We visited multiple times a young boy whose appendix bursted and then a man who has both cirrurous of the liver and luekimia on his death bed. It was a humbling sight the hospital, the people's conditions, the constant on the run for the sick and dying. Many times I have seen in movies pictures of 'primitive hospital conditions' and although these were better than some it seemed to put a reality on my stereotypical image that was impressed into my mind.

I'll talk more later... maybe.
